Mercedes-Benz of Anaheim is part of the fast-growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail and service.  We are looking to add a qualified Business Development Center Sales Representative to our team. Our BDC Sales Representative should be passionate and excited to enjoy working in a fast-pace environment with a great team of associates.

 

This position pays $20/hour, plus bonus.

 

What we need...

  • Ideally some post-secondary education or training, previous experience in a similar position (administrative, clerical, call center, customer service, etc.), and a working knowledge of automotive sales/service

  • A Professional that will Handle inbound leads (phone, internet) and direct to appropriate contact
  • Contact present customers (phone, email) to maintain and improve customer loyalty
  • Develop pipeline of sales and business opportunity (partnerships, etc.) leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals
  • Work with sales department to develop sales strategies and techniques
  • Research and stay current in consumer and industry trends
  • Communicate industry news and trends to management and dealership employees

You need…

  • 1 Year Sales Experience (in the automotive industry) preferred.
  • Auto Dealership Internet or Business Development Center (BDC) experience is a plus.
  • Good Phone skills
  • A Professional Appearance
  • Pleasant and courteous personality, strong administrative and organizational skills, strong phone and computer skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Interpersonal Communication Skills
  • Computer Skills, Microsoft Office and CRM Experience Preferred
  • College Degree Preferred Not Required
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Must have a Valid Driver’s License
